Hello! My name is Chris Garcia and I am the COO of HardBeauty Mechanical, and I have been in the HVAC industry for over 25 years. I began my career at 20 years old in residential new construction, then I moved to residential/commercial service and installation, and the last 13 years of my career have been in the commercial kitchen installation and repair space. We want to provide a learning and growing space free from judgment and full of love and hope, and HardBeauty Mechanical allows me to combine all of my skills as a: teacher, peer coach, mentor, and leader. We believe in second chances and offer an opportunity for thriving recovery with our vocational training and mentorship program.
